Please let us know if you are looking for something different. We are able to offer additional colors, wood species and sizes. We are also able to handle custom projects. Reach out to us at sales@comstockcompany.com with any questions regarding customization.
Design Fee
There may be a design fee included with any customization or custom projects. Generally speaking, a design fee will be waived with the purchase of 10 or more items and this will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Processing Time
Our goal is to complete your order within two weeks of payment. Because we are a small family business, fulfillment time depends on the size of your order and number of orders in process. We will give you a timeframe for fulfillment at the time of order.
Important info regarding our taxidermy products
Our pack boards are for display only. They are not manufactured with the intent to be used for anything other than display. If you are looking for customization for another purpose, let us know.
Our items are all hand-made by us with natural wood. There will be minor variations in each piece including some plaques with knots or small cracks. Depending on current stock, there may be an extra charge for completely clear plaques due to additional material cost.
